Product advantages

• Material: The highest quality raw materials are used in the production process. BlueMaster ® and BlueTank ® are fully resistant to high and low temperatures thanks to the use of highest quality medium density polyethylene (UV resistant) and the most modern manufacturing process. The material guarantees long life, corrosion free and colour fast.

Product reliability

• The Titan group is the largest rotational moulder of storage tanks in Europe. With more than 25 years of experience and know-how in storage solutions of chemicals and fuels we have designed a highly durable, user friendly and professional storage for the AdBlue market and its special needs. Our Research and Development department, in close cooperation with the major producers and distributors of AdBlue, have developed the Titan BlueStore ® series.
• We have worked with our main materials suppliers to determine the most effective grade of polyethylene and compatible fittings for BlueStore ® tanks. Through extensive tests we have established that AdBlue does not have a detrimental affect on the physical properties of the materials used in our BlueStore ® tanks.
• Through FEA (Finite element analyses) the design of the tanks has been optimised to provide the safest conditions for the storage of AdBlue.
• In addition to the above an independent laboratory has conducted a specialised selective test program to prove that the polyethylene does not have any long term detrimental affects on AdBlue. All tests showed that AdBlue maintains its defined characteristics in accordance with DIN 70 070.
