Above ground and underground tanks with double and single wall option to AdBlue storage with anticorrosion protection EMAPUR (for aboveground) or ENDOPREN (for underground), fully pre-piped and equipped. Special epoxy lined inner tank for ultimate protection of AdBlue.

Technical data and product reliability

• Steel, situated on the ground, double-skinned, manufactured according to DIN 6616
• Basic material: S235JRG2 according to EN 10025
• Pressure tested for tightness: inner skin – 0.1 MPa, outer skin – 0.06 MPa
• Technical documentation approved by the Technical Inspection Office and the Head Office of Measures.
• The tank is coated with anticorrosive polyurethane Emapur coat in any colours according to RAL table.
• Leakage control system
• Safety railing, ladder, service platform – galvanised steel
• Fuel loading installation: The tank is fitted with DN 80 filling pipe with a French SOLO overfilling protection valve and hydraulic closure. The cistern drain pipe is connected to DN 80 DC-3 type fast connector located on the tank manhole.

• Basic material: S235JRG2 according to EN 10025
• Tightness under pressure tested: inner skin 0.2 MPa or 0.075 MPa, outer skin 0.06 MPa or 0.04 MPa (depending on the tank class)
• External coat – Polyurethane ENDOPREN coat resistant to puncture 1400 V
